Shipping policy
Delivery times
- Czech Republic: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
- EU: 4 to 10 working days after dispatch
- International orders: 7 to 21 working days after dispatch
Customs and import taxes
If you're ordering from outside the EU, you may be asked to pay customs duties or local import tax on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility. The amount depends on your country and is completely outside of our control, so if you're unsure, it's worth checking with your local customs office beforehand.
If you refuse to accept a shipment, you'll be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping fee.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Give it a few hours for movement to show up in the carrier's system since it can take a moment to update.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, it's out of our hands. If something goes wrong in transit, the carrier is who to contact directly. That said, we'll always try to help, so reach out to us at colormyworldofficial@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
