Damages and issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or wrong, email us your order number and photos and we'll sort it out.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, in original packaging. Final sale items and opened sealed goods can't be returned.

Return shipping is on the customer unless agreed otherwise.

EU 14 day right of withdrawal

Ordering from the EU? You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Email colormyworldofficial@gmail.com to start the process, we'll send return instructions after.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full order including original delivery cost within 14 days. The refund goes back to your original payment method, give it a few extra days for your bank to process it. Nothing after 14 working days? Email colormyworldofficial@gmail.com
